  • Where is your wine tasting room located?
    Rancho Guejito Vineyard is located in San Pasqual Valley in Escondido and is open every Saturday from 11AM - 3PM and Sunday from 11AM - 7PM (11AM - 6PM during daylight savings).   • Do I have to order online?
    No, you may also call us or visit us at our wine tasting room during open hours every Saturday and Sunday.
  • When can I pick up my order?
    Orders placed in advance of the weekend can be picked up every Saturday between 11AM - 3PM or Sundays between 11AM - 6PM at our wine tasting room at 17224 San Pasqual Valley Rd, Escondido, CA, 92027. Please check our calendar for early closures. Orders placed right before or during the weekend might not be available until the next. Check your email for a notification from us that your order is ready or contact us if you are unsure.
  • Do I have to place my order in advance to pick it up over the weekend?
    By ordering in advance online, we are able to plan inventory better for the weekend; however, you do not have to order in advance. Beef may be ordered in-person during normal tasting room hours and taken home that day while inventory allows.
  • Where do you deliver?
    For a $25 fee, we will deliver within San Diego County so long as the address is not outside of our delivery radius. Contact us if you are unsure.
  • Do you deliver outside of San Diego County?

  • How long does it take to ship my order?
    3-5 Business Days.
  • Are the cows grass-fed and grass-finished?
    Yes, and 100% pasture-raised and grain-free.
  • Is your beef antibiotic-free?
    Our beef is antibiotic-free, grass-fed & finished, 100% pasture raised, and free of any added hormones.
  • Do you sell whole or partial cows?
    Not at this time. As we grow our business and we hear more requests for things like this, we will consider adding the option.
  • Do you sell other parts of the cow?
    Not at this time. We sometimes receive requests for organ meat or bones, but we currently aren't set up to provide these items.
  • Do you sell bones or organ meat?
    Not at this time, but as we see more demand we will consider adding an option.
  • Can I swap out items in my box for something else?
    Our boxes are prepackaged to fit the demand for the weekends so we are unable to make swaps at this time. As we grow, we will work on offering different product options.
  • Can I customize my box?
    We generally are unable to accommodate changes to our boxes as they are pre-made at our cold storage facility to carefully match our remaining inventory. We have plans to try to offer more customization as we grow.
  • Is the beef frozen or fresh?
    Our beef is processed offsite in California and is flash-frozen after packaging.
  • Do any of the steaks have a bone?
    Not for this batch (2022).
  • Can I sample the beef before I buy?
    You can sample our hot dogs and ground beef every Sunday at our outdoor kitchen & grill set up at our tasting room.
  • Do you sell whole or partial cows?
    Not at this time. As we grow our business and we hear more requests for things like this, we will consider adding the option.
